About Me
Having lived across cultures myself, I've experienced how migration can shape one's sense of identity, belonging and home. Moving between different worlds often brings both growth as well as emotional challenges. These experiences inform the way I work with migrants and individuals navigating life and cultural transitions.
As a bilingual Arabic-speaking therapist, we can have our sessions in Arabic, English, or a combination of both.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling, which forms the foundation of my therapeutic practices, and I am currently completing an MSc in Psychotherapy.
I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to its ethical guideline and professional standards. I'm also a member of the Black African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN).
